1. Introduction: This Sales Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for booking and staying in our bungalows. By making a reservation, you agree to these terms.

2. Reservations and Payments:
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees.

3. Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time: 14:00
Check-out time: 12:00
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Refer to our Return Policy for detailed information on cancellations and refunds.

5. House Rules:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bungalows. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.

• Do not flush toilet paper or any other items down the toilets. Please use the bins provided.

• Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated. If pets are allowed, they must not be left unattended. We do not accept any liability for pets.

• No fires are to be lit near the trees.

• Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing other guests.

• Drunk and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

• Keep an eye on your children at all times. We are not responsible for any incidents involving children.

• Do not steal or damage any property. Violations will result in legal action and charges for damages.

6. Liability: We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay. We are also not liable for any incidents involving pets or children.

7. Special Requests: Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please inform us in advance.

8. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Türkiye Cumhuriyeti. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Türkiye Cumhuriyeti.
