Cancelation & Return Policy
Early Cancellations:

For cancellation requests made 7 days prior to the Reservation Date, 75% of the fee will be refunded.

For cancellation requests made 4 days before the Booking Date, 50% of the fee will be refunded.

Cancellation requests made 2 days before the Reservation Date will not be refunded.
Change Requests:

Reservation changes will be considered based on availability.

Change requests made less than 14 days before the reservation date will not be accepted.
No-Show Policy:
No refunds will be given in case of no-shows on the reservation date.
Special Circumstances:
In cases of health issues, natural disasters, or force majeure, cancellations can be specially reviewed if documented. In such cases, 100% of the reservation amount may be credited for future use.
Return Process:
Once the cancellation is approved, the return process will be initiated within 7 business days, and the refund will reflect in your account within 14 business days depending on your payment method.
